1966 Aristocrat Lo Liner FOR SALE

Rare Original Condition Vintage Trailer!

This little charmer catches everyone’s eye. We have enjoyed our time with her but it is now time to share the joy she brings to others!

Description:
New curtains and cushions
Three burner gas stove with oven, gas-electric fridge
Stainless sink
Dinette with comfortable bench seating
Rear couch folds into a bed, as does the dinette. There is also a bunk for small children in the rear above the coach that pulls down. There is no bathroom.
Weight: 1300-1800 pounds,
16 feet long.
The Lo-Liner has a drop axle so it fits in a standard garage.

It is very hard to find this trailer unaltered and in original condition.

No Trades Please

HISTORY
Irving Perch manufactured Aristocrat trailers in California from 1956 to 1974. The Lo Liner model was named so because one could purchase optional metal wheels to install for storage in a low garage. These smaller wheels lowered the height, as well as the unique “drop axle”.

This rare and collectible 1963 Aristocrat is a showstopper. She is the hit in every campground. She is about 12 feet long in total with a 9 foot box. Very lightweight (around 1200 lbs), can be towed by almost anything. Frame up restoration in 2015 including:
Walls and ceiling reframed, new board insulation, new aluminum skin bent to original factory specs, new wiring, and new flooring.
Also some additional lighting added. All interior lighting is LED. Original propane light. TV with built in DVD player. Original icebox, re-insulated this year as well as original sink and kitchen light.
New cushions and upholstery and lined window curtains. The stove is not original to the trailer, but is a refurbished period correct Princess stove. Small port-a-potty closet and small hanging closet.
Tires and frame in excellent shape. Wheel bearings repacked in 2017. Trailer tows straight and true.
The fence is done in automotive car vinyl.
New awning (red w/ white polka dots) and window flower box as well as other assorted accessories.
Electric instant hot water unit at sink.
Gray water drain accessories as well as color matched jacks and wheel chocks included with sale.

Stored indoors, everything works.

We are happy to introduce you to, “Annie”, a 1958 DeVille Travel Trailer.  Annie was restored around eight years ago.  For more information on the restoration please click on the link posted bellow.  The link is the original classified where we purchased the trailer five years ago.  My husband and I love Annie and are sad to let her go but our expanding family has outgrown her.  We cherish the times we spent with her touring around the Pacific Northwest.  Annie has seen the beautiful San Juan Islands and Puget Sound while camping at Camano Island State Park and Deception Pass.  She has scaled the majestic mountains of the Olympic National Park.  Annie also enjoyed Lake Wenatchee and boon docking by Little Wenatchee River.  We pampered Annie by cleaning her after every trip and storing her under a roof.

1967 Aristocrat Land-Liner Camping Trailer

Wonderful vintage trailer with most of its original look intact. The trailer is approximately 19 feet in length and tows easily behind my 6 cylinder SUV.
Modern load leveling hitch is included in sale. Overall the trailer is in great shape with all systems working. Dual fuel refrigerator (AC and Propane),
propane range, propane cabin heater, air conditioner with heating element, AC lighting with LED bulbs, DC lighting, propane lamp over range, water heater, shower,
bathroom sink, captive air water tank with original compressor, dual axle with electric brakes, lots of storage in drawers and large closet.
Cosmetically, it still has the original exterior paint which is very thin and fading. The interior is remarkable for its age with original paneling everywhere except
for the closet and bathroom. No active water leaks and very minimal water damage in a couple of places. Over the last 15 years the trailer has had many improvements
and additions which include:

Completely skinned with damaged or rotting framing replaced
Skin mounting screws replaced with stainless steel
New butyl rubber seals on skin
Insulated with 3/4 inch foam insulation
All AC and DC wiring updated with new AC circuit panel and DC fused distribution box
1500 watt Tripplite RV Inverter/Charger with remote monitor station
Solar system for charging batteries
2 brand new RV rated storage batteries
Dometic AC with heater and wall mounted thermostat (can be easily removed and original vent installed)

1975 Travelmate For Sale

This is Summer she is a 1975 travelmate camper trailer. Clean title, 1 axle makes her super light and easy to pull. 3 burner stove that runs off propane and the frigerator also runs off propane. 
The wheel bearings have been packed with grease everything works no leaks. Everything you see in the pictures COMES with her, all the decor all the creativity artistic flow. I’ll even make sure you leave with fresh flowers ;). So the theme I was going for was a very warm comforting summer feeling with some more of a Victorian rustic look as well. You can tell from the bench area that folds into a nice size bed I call it the Blue Room… it’s very dreamlike and cozy comfy. On the other side of the camper is the dinette that turns into another nice size sleeping area( see attached pics). There is no bathroom BUT a really nice big closet that you could easily put a little 5 gal porta potty in. Everything works the only thing I’m not sure if I’m doing it right is the thermos heater which also runs on propane. I’ve worked long and hard on this project to make sure it is super cozy and comfortable for you.. I put everything into it that I like I hope you like it too.. You can use it for traveling camping or even in your backyard for a spare getaway. To me it’s like a little mini dollhouse, ladies den, gypsy wagon, cheaper than a tiny house.
There is no air conditioning but there is a little window that could fit a little window air conditioner.. there are lots of Windows giving it nice air flow and lots of brightness. Little LED lights throughout that look amazing at night with a soft glow that’s not too overpowering and very cozy. Honestly you have to see it to believe it you have to come in side and feel the VIBE!! Also comes with a giant quartz crystal cluster that’s good for positive moods and healing energy. I picked up myself in Arkansas. Both the back wall in the front wall are pine panels that I polished with linseed oil to protect them.
I’m assuming she weighs about 1200 to 1500 lbs

The right person will end up with her it always happens that way. 

I almost forgot she comes with the original canopy with the four poles to hold it up it’s pretty neat I just don’t have a pic of it at the moment. My plan was to hang Christmas lights on it and so big yellow tassels. I still might do it if I have time.

For being as Tiny as she is she definitely packs a powerful punch 😉

1967 Oasis For Sale

“Scout” is a 1967 Oasis.  It has been through an extensive re-model/restoration.  Classic blue and white.  The paint job is amazing.  It was professionally sprayed on with a very durable, high-quality paint.  It really looks incredible. The windows have all been re-sealed.  The roof has also been sealed and coated with a protective sealant. No leaks at all. The tires are new and the axle and frame are in great shape.  Two new propane tanks. New lights–all working great. Fun new vinyl decals to add a fun touch. Exterior is near perfect–just a few small dings along the bottom edge.  The door has a tiny dent on the left side–does not affect its function at all. New tires with white rims. Has a little door latch to keep the door open. 

The interior has been redone. Water damage was all repaired and painted white.  The closets and inside of cabinets have been painted as well.  The electrical works great.  New water tank and pump. Oven, stove, heater, and fridge run on propane and work well.  The appliances were professionally painted with a copper finish.  They turned out amazing.  New luxury wood-look vinyl planks.  Easy to clean, very durable and nice looking.  The couch pulls into a bed and will sleep two. The bunk is sturdy and will hold at least 150 lbs.–good for a few kids or small adult. No cushions on the bunk.  The dinette drops into a bed for one adult or two kids.  Excellent storage.   

This trailer also has an AIR CONDITIONER!! This has been added and it is super hard to find a vintage trailer with AC.  It cools the space down quickly and works amazing.

Trailer is 12 ft. long (plus 3 ft. with the tongue) x 7 ft wide.

Weight 1750 lbs. Easy to tow, but lots of room!

Just a few things to note–no toilet or shower. A few windows are plexi-glass. Some very minor little dents on the very bottom edge of the trailer. 

The trailer includes ALL DECOR. Fun vintage camping thermos and canteen.  Old enamel coffee pot and pans. Vintage wool blanket, fun pillows, signs and National Parks prints. A good mix of old and new!!  Make your dreams come true. 🙂
